About
Gabrielle Martin lives in Philadelphia. Originally from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, much of their formative years were spent shucking corn. As a poet, they are most preoccupied on the poetry of place - how place is constructed, where it exists in time, and how it affects the people who move through it.
Gabrielle studied Secondary English Education at Temple University. They have served as a reader for Painted Bride Quarterly, The Apeiron Review, and Hyphen Literary and Arts Magazine, and served as Bedfellows Magazine's first intern. They also founded and organize the Ridge Avenue Writer's Circle. Find them on Twitter @crabbygabie.
